10 months and crawling. YAY!!!

Well what a nice birthday! As like we have the past few years we have celebrated our birthdays at Tomasos in Trenton. Always the same spinich dip with Chicken Penne Alforno as the main! SO freaking YUM! Then as an extra treat we took off to Kingston today and had some burgers from the Works. OMG pure heaven. Our kinda joint. Premium burgers with any topping you could imagine. Jason says he likes South Street more but I disagree. And what better way to end our mini trip to K Town but to stop at Costco . :) Or as I like to say the 300 dollar store.

Tonight - January 10 2012 not only did little Christopher start crawling but Sophia pooped in her red potty. So so so so so proud. We werent sure what to say or do. Jason and I just stared at each other in shock. Sophia was uber proud of herself. We even rewarded her with a late night Smartie. :)

Sew what!

This past Christmas Jason bought be sewing machine. So far I'd only made bibs and a pillow case dress! Tonight I decided to challenge myself and make little lounge pants for Kwiss. Aka Christopher. Not to bad for my first try :)

Happy New Year

well on this very very last day of 2011 I am thinking back at all that has happened. Such an awesome year.

of course the highlight was mr Christopher making his entrance. We've enjoying things like traveling to Buffalo on our weekend shopping trip. A last minute border crossing at Watertown for some Dunkin donuts k cups! Made tonnes of new friends through Mommy Groups!

Countdown to Christmas!

No time to do a full update!! Christmas was perfect this year. The Kerr family was spoiled rotten. Thanks Santa.

Young Love

This photograph says it all. Last week (Dec 5th 2011) The Kerr and Fyke familys drove around seeking out the most spectacular Christmas lights in the Quinte area. AFter first driving around aimlessly trying to find 2 way radios at a reasonable price so we could communicate like they did in the 1950's :) :). We started our adventure in Franford at the park! Oh and of course after a much needed stop at Starbucks.

Playtime

Like when Sophia was first born decided to again spend sometime at the Belleville Early YEars center socializing with other new Moms.

Recently we started inviting some of our new friends that we met at the EYC/Family space over on Wednesday afternoons. Its been a great way to chat and socialize our sweet little babies. Oh and drink really really good coffee. ;0) Here are some quick pics of Christopher's EYC BFF's :) Now that I FINALLY have a new play/social area it feels much more inviting.

Mommy Christmas photo shoot FAIL!

Well at least I can say I tried. I set it up so cute! Waited to use the morning sunshine beaming through the window. Bought the sweetest little Christmas P.J's. White backdrop. A few Christmassy props. Best Photoshop program money can buy....Needless to say my two favourite subjects to photograph did not like to sit still. Well one of them was o.k but the other, and I won't point fingers was less then cooperative. So much for cutesy Christmas cards this year folks! Next year Ill just invest in a pro to to the job.

With Christmas right around the corner we are busy shopping and decorating. I am in love my decor this year! Thanks to Pinterest my new favourite nursing in the middle of the night distraction. :)
